
Every Monday gentle yoga.
Reduce burnout and fatigue by taking a break from stress and hustle. The class will give you an opportunity to recharge for the week ahead. It includes short meditations with sound bath at the end of class.

What to bring:
A yoga mat, and a water bottle
Comfortable clothing
Blocks and yoga strap, if you have them.
