Gentle Yoga Mondays - In Person
MON MAR 2, 7 - 8 PM EST

60 minute practice in person. The practice includes short meditation and yoga asanas along with sound bath at the end of each class.

Reduce burnout and fatigue by taking a break from stress and hustle. The class will give you an opportunity to recharge for the week ahead.

In person at the clubhouse

What to bring:

  • A yoga mat, and a water bottle

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Blocks and yoga strap, if you have them.
